Chad Amos lives in Wellington, Colorado with his border collie. When Chad is out and about, he is always seen wearing some type of Superman shirt or attire and has lovingly been nicknamed “Superman Chad”. He has 2 amazing daughters who support him, not that they don't occasionally roll their eyes at their father. Chad enjoys keeping up with his science fiction, and his favorite Superhero….you guessed it! He also likes to keep himself busy with hobbies that keep his hands busy, especially model building.
For the past 23 years Chad has thrown on a cape of a different sort, as he has successfully owned and operated his own tile and hard surface installation company, which he has put pride in doing grand projects such as the TPC Golf Course Clubhouse in Berthoud, Custom homes in the Harmony Hills golf course, and even meets the need for that kitchen backsplash. Satisfying the needs of the client no matter the size of any project has been the top priority for this man.
Upon graduating high school, Chad continued on to Aims Community College and studied Computer Aided Drafting, Electrical Engineering, and Construction Management. In 1998, Chad successfully graduated with his Associates of Applied Science degree. That thirst for knowledge did not end there as he went on and got certified in the Schluter Systems that has become the norm in the construction industry.
Having always been interested in real estate, and it wasn’t until recently that a longtime friend of Chads mentioned they were researching real estate. Hearing that reignited that spark and the passion to continue to grow and expand.
Even though Chad has been in Colorado since 1988 when his parents moved here. It wasn’t until he started high school, when the opportunity arose to gain knowledge from building strategic games such as those claw machines from the ground up, to learning construction knowledge, he once even built a car wash with his mentor. Not to mention, “Superman Chad” once met client needs in another way, being a Disc Jockey Entertainer on the weekends! But hey……got to save some stories for later!
